Let’s start to solve all of your skin issues with these great ingredients and add them to your daily diet.
1. Berries smoothie
● Take 1 cup non-fat or low-fat vanilla or soy milk.
● 1/4 cup yogurt.
● 1 and half cups fresh mixed raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries.
● Add ice, then mix and blend them together.
Berries are rich with antioxidant, it’s good for anti skin aging, and all the berries release vitamin C, E, manganese and potassium.
2. Cucumber with pineapple smoothie
● One cucumber,chopped.
● Ice- fresh, cubed pineapple.
● Peeled frozen banana.
● Take 1 cup non-fat or low-fat vanilla or soy milk,or yogurt.
● Add ice, then mix and blend them together.
Cucumbers are super important for your skin to stay hydrated. It contains 95% water and helps naturally detoxify your body. Also cucumbers are rich in Vitamins A,B and C that help to calm down stressed or sunburnt skin.
3. Carrot Ginger Turmeric Smoothie
● 1 banana, peeled, sliced.
● 1 cup (140 g) frozen or fresh pineapple.
● 1/2 Tbsp fresh ginger and ground turmeric.
● 1/2 cup (120 ml) carrot juice.
● 1 Tbsp lemon juice.
● 1 cup (240 ml) almond milk or soy milk.
Thanks to the turmeric and ginger that help body reduce enzymes and lower the chance to suffer from skin-inflammation.
