1.Chocolate Almond Chips Ice Cream
Ingredients:
Frozen Peeled Bananas, Almond Chips, Cocoa Powder, Milk or Yogurt.
Instructions:
• Peel and chop bananas, and freeze them at least 2 hours.
• Put the frozen bananas, cocoa powder, milk or yogurt into the blender, and blend them until they start to get creamy and smoothly.
• Pour them into an ice-cube mold and frozen for additional two hours.
• Add some Chocolate chips for topping, at last.
2. Matcha Green Tea Coconut Ice Cream
Ingredients:
Full-fat coconut milk, 2-3 tablespoon matcha green tea Powder, honey or maple syrup based on your habit, ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum.
Instructions:
• Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until well combined.
• Pour them into an ice-cube mold and frozen for additional two hours. Make sure stir them every hour to aerate.
• When it’s ready to serve, you can add more sliced fruits, granola, or nuts for topping.
Basically, all the low- fat, low- calorie, sugar- free and high- protein ice cream share the same instructions. You can put more ingredients for bases, such as berries, veggies, and fruits which are good for skin health and contain less fat and calories. It’s light, it’s refreshing and delicious. What’s more?
