Jennifer Aniston the Emmy- winning actress, co-star of Friends, and also a producer in Hollywood, unveiled her daily morning routine to Will and Good . She is a living proof that eating right, exercising right and paying attention to her mind and soul.
“If I need to work, I usually get up at 4:30 – 5 am. If not, I’m up around 8 am. Usually, when I wake up, I’ll make my standard cup of hot water with a slice of lemon in there.” The actress told her daily virtual to Will and Good.
Then I usually get some sort of meditation to release my anxiety, be more relax and clear my mind. So I can easily get more energy for the day. Later, I will make some breakfast by my own. I’ll have a shake, with some pure protein, fruits, such as bananas, blueberries, frozen cherries, stevia mixed green vegetable in there, maca powder, a little cacao, and some collagen peptide powder. I’ve doing it for a while and I’ve been seeing a difference!
If I don’t have a shake, I’ll just have some toast and poached eggs with some avocado. Or cereal with almond milk and bananas—it’s really yummy, and you can get it hot for winter months.
After the breakfast, I’ll go to do some workout with my personal trainer. We usually spin for half an hour and then do yoga for 40 minutes. Then I’ll go to the gym to do some cardio or strength exercise. I do my own exercise and find my own pace on the treadmill, the bike, or the elliptical, just to change things up. Keeping body confused is always the key for me.
